Step-by-step, two lively mice teach children aged 6–9 how to knit their first stitches with a ball of wool, a pair of knitting needles and an adult if/when needed.

Soon they’ll progress from a colourful knitted banner to a two-colour envelope bag comprising everything they’ve learnt, (including using a knitting dolly) plus cute birds, animals and butterflies tol embellish with simple felt shapes.
