We have access to a wide range of products; if the item is not listed please don’t hesitate to ask.
Minimum Order
There is no minimum order. Orders will be sent out within 2-3 working days. Our hand dyed items may take an extra 7 days if out of stock.
Postage
Orders will be sent via Australia Post. Postage charges will depend on weight and destination. All parcels are sent with tracking. Goods are sent via Australia Post at your own risk. It is recommended that you purchase Signature on delivery for orders over $100 for an additional $3.50 this amount includes $100 of insurance.
Delivery Charges
We reserve the right to change the delivery charge you have selected as we cannot reflect all possible combinations. Where we have a cheaper option, eg. Prepaid Post satchels provided your order fits inside such a satchel. When we have to alter delivery charges the total order value will be adjusted accordingly. Please note : 1 kg of wool fleece wil not fit in the prepaid post bags.
Ordering
Website orders are preferred although phone, email orders are also accepted. Please phone or email if you have questions and we will be happy to answer these.
Payments
Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Bank Transfer, PayPal and Secure Pay. If paying by bank transfer we will notify you of the amount when goods are ready and we will wait for a payment to arrive before sending your parcel. This will add a few more days to delivery times.
